FitHire by Coach360 is a program of Coach360 Holdings Inc. In this policy, we and us mean Coach360 Holdings Inc., operating FitHire by Coach360.
What we collect
When you apply for a job through FitHire by Coach360, send us a resume, reply to our messages or fill in one of our forms, we collect your name, contact details (email and phone), your resume and work history, your city, and information about the roles you apply for and where each application stands.
We also keep the messages you send us and the date you gave us your contact details.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with open roles at fitness clubs and studios, to introduce you to the hiring club for a role you want, to tell you where your applications stand, and to improve how we match coaches to roles.
We share your name, contact details and resume with a hiring club only for a role you applied for or asked us to introduce you to. We do not sell your information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages from FitHire by Coach360, we use your mobile number only to send you messages about your own job applications, such as confirming we received your resume, sharing your Career360 Pathway page, and updating you when an application's status changes.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email hotjobs@coach360news.com. Our SMS Terms (https://reports.fithirebycoach360.com/sms-terms) explain how text messaging works.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are looking for work with us and for a reasonable time afterward so we can reconnect you with new roles. Records of text message consent are kept for at least four years.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete it at any time by emailing hotjobs@coach360news.com. Replying STOP to a text ends text messages. We will confirm when your request is done.
Security
We limit who can see your information and keep it in access-controlled systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
